Created by the team behind Michelin Starred Cail Bruich, Bar Brett has established itself as one of Scotlands most exciting places to drink low intervention, natural wines & dine. At the heart of this modern wine bar and barbecue restaurant is an open-concept kitchen with a custom elevation ox-grill.
Brett writes new menus as and when things come and go seasonally and believes that there is magic that comes from cooking with fire and pairing with sustainable wines that are from sustainable wineries.
